PASTORAL ASSISTANT
We are currently hiring for a part-time Pastoral Assistant who will work in the office for 15 hours per week. If you have questions or are interested in the position, reach out to one of the elders.
ADVENT MEAL TREATS NEEDED
We’re looking for volunteers to bring dessert for the Advent suppers on Wednesday evenings. You can sign up on any of the red sheets on the table in the narthex.
CHRISTMAS PROGRAM PRACTICE FOR CAST ONLY
Our Sunday School Children’s Christmas Program will take place on December 21 during the 10:00am worship service. Cast rehearsals will be held on Wednesdays, December 3, 10 and 17 from 4:00pm to 5:30pm, with a practice for everyone on December 20 at 9:00am. If you have any questions about the program, please reach out to Dawn Eberhart.
ALTAR COMMITTEE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We’re looking for volunteers to join our Altar Committee. This behind-the-scenes team helps care for our sanctuary by changing paraments with the church seasons, preparing the worship space, and assisting with Christmas and Easter flowers. The committee is still coming together, so there’s room to shape it as we go. If you enjoy details or helping our space look welcoming each week, we’d love to have you.
ADVENT SERVICE
Advent services will begin on Sunday, December 3 and continue for three weeks on December 3, 10, and 17. Each evening will begin with a meal at 5:30pm, followed by the service at 6:30pm. The meals are free, and everyone is invited to attend. Come for the meal, stay for the service, and leave with a heart full of joy and hope! Week one, we will be having pulled pork.

FREE FOOD AVAILABLE ON WEDNESDAYS
Each Wednesday morning, River of LIFE picks up day-old and “best by” dated items from Family Fresh. This includes a wide variety of foods such as pastries, buns, bread, cookies, cakes, and other baked goods. These items are still good, but can no longer be sold in the store. The food is brought to the church every Wednesday, and anyone is welcome to take anything they can use. Our goal is to keep this food out of the dumpsters and to bless anyone who can benefit from it. If you are interested, please email the office so we can make sure the building is accessible for you at a time that is convenient for you.
