NO YOUTH GROUP OR BIBLE STUDIES THIS WEDNESDAY

Please note: Youth Group, Men's Bible Study, and Women's Bible Study will not be meeting this week because of the MEA break. We’ll see you all again next week!

THE RIVER OF LIFE CLOTHING STORE IS NOW OPEN!

If you’re looking for church apparel, the River of LIFE Clothing Store is open again and ready for orders. You can order online by visiting the Helpful Links section, located just below the red line on our website and app. The store will only be open until October 28, so be sure to place your order soon. We added a lightweight sweatshirt option this time, and we also kept the original sweatshirt style, since we had several requests for that. Many of the popular items from past years are still available. A couple of sample items are hanging in the narthex if you’d like to check them out.

ALL SAINTS DAY – SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 2

If you have a loved one who passed away between November 1, 2024, and October 31, 2025, and you would like their name included in our All Saints' Day recognition, please let us know. You can call the church office or email Tracy by Monday, October 27. We will honor these individuals during worship on Sunday, November 2.

PASTOR TOM’S RETIREMENT

Next week, October 19, is the last week to bring in cards for Pastor Tom, who faithfully served at River of LIFE and helped plant our church. A display is set up in the narthex with note cards and message starters, or you may bring your own. Those wishing to contribute to a group monetary gift may connect with Heather Magelee, who is gathering donations on behalf of the congregation.

YOUTH GROUP HELP WITH MEALS & SERVING

Our youth group has been meeting, and they are excited to be back together again. An important part of this ministry includes sharing a meal, and we need your help to keep it going. You can sign up to provide a meal or to serve and clean up after the meal. To sign up, go to the Helpful Links section of our website or app and look just below the red line.

FALL CLEAN UP DAY

Join us for Fall Clean-Up Day on Saturday, November 1, from 9:00am to noon. We will work together on both indoor and outdoor projects to keep River of LIFE looking its best. All ages are welcome to help.

FALL FESTIVAL

Please email any announcements or event updates to the office by Tuesday noon for inclusion in next Sunday’s bulletin and on the announcement screen.

Mark your calendars for Sunday, October 26. Right after our 10:00am worship we will gather for a church-family Fall Festival with food, bean bags, board games, and more. More details will be shared soon, but for now save the date and plan to join the fun. Everyone is welcome.
