First Communion Class
We are excited to offer a First Communion Class at River of LIFE on Saturday, September 13, from 8:00am to 10:00am. (Please note time change.)
Earlier this summer, we reached out to see which families might be interested in a class. Now that the school year is underway, we have set the date and are inviting families to RSVP. We hope this date will work for as many as possible, but we understand it will not work for everyone. If September 13 does not work for your family, there is an option on the RSVP form to let us know, and we will work with you to find a time that does.
The date when your child will actually receive their First Communion will be scheduled separately, based on your family’s availability.
At River of LIFE, parents decide when their child is ready to receive the LORD’s Supper for the first time. Typically, children are in 3rd grade or older when they attend this class.
