LOOKING FOR DONATIONS
We need a few large area rugs to put in our Sunday School rooms to help cut down on noise. Let us know if you have something you would like to donate.
CHRISTMAS PROGRAM
Children’s Christmas Program will be held Sunday, December 18th during the 10:30 worship service. Looking for volunteers to help with the following: music, costume/props, staging and more (full list to come next week). Please talk to Dawn Eberhart if interested in helping.
SUBSTITUTE SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS
We need a few more people that are willing to serve as a substitute teacher for Sunday School. We have an easy-to-use curriculum and provide all the supplies. Talk to Tracy Stuewe or Kate Meyer if you are able to help.
ELECTRICIAN AND BOILER INSPECTOR
Do you have your boiler’s license or know of anyone who does? We need someone to do weekly boiler inspections. We also have some electric work to be done. If you are proficient and/or licensed in either of these areas let us know.
FACILITY MAINTENANCE
We have a list of jobs that need to be done around the church. Some examples: changing lightbulbs, assembling things etc. Check out the list on the whiteboard in the volunteer room to see if there is something you can help with. This is not a committee or ongoing commitment, just what works for you at that time.
YOUTH GROUPS
Sr High Youth Group (Grades 9-12) is meeting tonight @ 6:30pm at the Friends Bldg (old Soderlund Drug Bldg). Our Jr High Youth Group (Grades 5-8) is meeting Wed, Sept 28 @ 6:00pm here at church.
OCTOBERFEST / FALL FESTIVAL
We are looking for people to plan a church fall festival / Octoberfest event. Event scheduled for Sunday, Oct 30. Let us know if you would like to plan this event.
