BACKPACK BLESSING
If you have a backpack or other kind of school bag, bring it with you on Sunday, August 27th for a special blessing. If you don't have a backpack or forget to bring it to church, there is no need to worry, we will have a small gift and a blessing for all students and teachers.
KICKOFF SUNDAY
We will “Kickoff” the 2023-2024 Sunday School and Confirmation year on Sunday, September 10th. If you haven’t registered your child(ren) for Sunday School or Confirmation yet, we ask that you do so as soon as possible. There are paper registration forms available in the narthex or if you prefer, you can register online. A link for the online registration can be found on our church website.
FALL FESTIVAL
There will be a Fall Festival on Sunday, October 29th. This will be immediately following the worship service. More details regarding this event will be coming soon, but we wanted you to get this date saved on your calendar now!
SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHER MEETING
There will be a short (45 minute) Sunday School TEACHER meeting on Sunday, August 27th immediately following the worship service. We will do our best to keep the meeting brief and have everyone out and to your families by noon.
JR HIGH YOUTH GROUP
Beginning September 6th the Jr High Youth Group (Grades 5-8) will be meeting every Wednesday @ 6:00pm-7:30pm at River of LIFE. We are hoping the Youth Room will be completed by then, but if not, we will find another place to meet in the building. We are excited for another fun year.
FALL CLEAN UP
