MEETING AFTER CHURCH TODAY
There will be a short meeting after church today to go over the results of the church survey from a few weeks ago. If you are interested in staying for that meeting, remain seated after the worship service. The meeting will begin immediately after the service.
SUNDAY SCHOOL AND CONFIRMATION REGISTRATION
Sunday School and Confirmation registration info will be emailed this afternoon. The links to the online registration can also be found on our website.
FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT HIGH YOUTH GROUP
Come enjoy family movie night with us on Friday, August 18th @ 6:00pm. We will watch Super Mario Brothers on the big screen! Come in your pajamas or comfy clothes and bring snacks.
BACKPACK BLESSING
If you have a backpack or other kind of school bag, please bring it on Sunday, August 27 for a special blessing. If you don't have a backpack or forget to bring it to church, there is no need to worry, we will have a small gift and a blessing for all students and teachers.
FALL FESTIVAL There will be a Fall Festival on Sunday, October 29th. This will be immediately following the worship service. More details regarding this event will be coming soon, but we wanted you to get this date saved on your calendar now!
SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHER MEETING
There will be a short (45 minute) Sunday School TEACHER meeting on Sunday, August 27th immediately following the worship service. We will do our best to keep the meeting brief and have everyone out and to your families by noon.
JR HIGH YOUTH GROUP
Beginning September 6th the Jr High Youth Group (Grades 5-8) will be meeting every Wednesday @ 6:00pm-7:30pm at River of LIFE. We are hoping the Youth Room will be completed by then, but if not, we will find another place to meet in the building. We are excited for another fun year.
WEDNESDAY WOMENS BIBLE STUDY
The Wednesday night bible study meets at 7:00pm. The summer focus is service and prayer. We will begin with a brief Biblical topic/lesson each week followed by an act of service/fellowship and prayers. We will not meet Aug 30th. Come for 60-90 minutes and let your light shine!
