WEDNESDAY WOMENS BIBLE STUDY
The Wednesday night bible study meets at 7:00pm. The summer focus is service and prayer. We will begin with a brief Biblical topic/lesson each week followed by an act of service/fellowship and prayers. We will start with items such as prep for youth room, VBS, fair and any other needs that may arise. We will not meet Aug 30th. Come for 60-90 minutes and let your light shine! WORK TRIP PARENT AND PARTICIPANT MEETING
There is an important meeting tonight at 7:00pm in regards to the upcoming work trip. The final itinerary will be reviewed, the packing list will be shared and parents will need to sign the waiver of liability and medical release form. After the meeting the youth are asked to stay and help with some work in the youth room. We need to move some cement chunks, clean the floor, walls etc. Please bring work gloves. If you have questions please talk to Jim Christenson or Pastor.
NICOLLET COUNTY FAIR
There is an online signup available. The link can be found on our church website. We are asking for you to consider signing up for one or more shifts. There will be a time slot for one adult and one youth per shift. This allows the opportunity for a family to fill the entire shift or for generational bonding to occur. Also, please note, there will most likely be room for more than two people to work in the booth, but the signup is just the minimum number of people we are shooting for.
RAYS OF PRAYZ DANCE TEAM PRACTICES
The Rays of Prayz Dance Team consists of students’ 6th grade and older who have signed up to lead the music and dance for this year’s VBS. The practices are scheduled on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30pm and Sundays from 8:30-9:30am. You are not expected to attend ALL the practices, but to attend as many that fit into your schedule.
