CHRISTMAS PROGRAM
All Sunday School Families (preschool-Grade 6) need to complete a participation survey for this year’s Christmas program. We have paper copies or an online option. The Children’s Christmas Program will be held Sunday, December 18th during the 10:30 service. Get involved, here are our needs: Pianist (for traditional songs), Staging, Lighting, Costumes / Props
POINTSETTIAS
Orders DUE NEXT WEEK! Traditionally our church has been decorated during the Advent Season with poinsettias in memory or honor of loved ones. Order forms can be found in the narthex & on our website. Cost is $14 and orders due Nov 13.
THANKSGIVING DECORATIONS
We are looking for fall/harvest related items that can be used to decorate the altar area for Thanksgiving. Examples include but not limited to: cornstalks, squash, ornamental corn, harvest wheat etc. Let us know if you have something to donate so that we can coordinate.
FIRST COMMUNION CLASS Children (and anyone) interested in learning more about the Sacrament of Holy Communion are encouraged to attend a one-day First Communion Class. The actual celebration of First Communion will be scheduled based on families’ schedules. Class is scheduled for November 19th 9am-noon.
MISSION TRIP TO GUATEMALA
We are having an informational meeting to learn more about a mission trip opportunity to Guatemala. If you are interested in going, but unable to attend this meeting talk to Pastor Brian and he will get you the information. Meeting is today, Sunday, November 6 @ 9:30am in the narthex.
RIVER OF LIFE – WHO WE ARE

HELP WITH REFRESHMENT CLEANUP
We need additional people to help with refreshment cleanup after the 10:30 service. It’s a quick and easy job to do. We would like to add more people to the rotation so no one person should have to do it more than once every other month or so. Talk to Tracy or email the office if you would like to be on the list of people willing to help.
