HAACK FUNERAL
As you know we lost a member of the River of LIFE family this past week. We continue to keep the entire Haack family in our thoughts and prayers. The funeral is being held Friday, July 15 @ 11:00am with lunch being served immediately after.
We are anticipating high attendance for the funeral and we need help in the following areas:
Pan of Bars/Dessert: We need 25-30 pans of bars. They can be dropped off at church anytime Thursday from 9:00am-7:00pm or Friday morning beginning at 9:00am.
Help Serve Meal: We need at least 12 people to help set up and serve the meal. We do not have the specifics worked out yet, but most likely the meal will be served at a location other than our church. Plans will be finalized soon and we will keep you updated.
Make a donation: Due to the expected large attendance, in lieu of making individual hotdishes, we are asking for people to make a monetary donation towards food for the main meal. If we have 20 people give $20, we will have enough money to cover the cost for us to feed 300 people.

TWO SERVICES
Beginning September 11, we will be moving to two Sunday morning worship services. The services will be identical, we will just two services to pick from. The two service times will be 8:00am and 10:30am. Sunday School, Confirmation and Adult Bible Study will be held from 9:15-10:15.
SOUND SYSTEM
Do you have an ear for sound? We are looking for a few individuals that are willing to be trained on running our sound system during the worship services. Talk to Holly Halldorson or Tracy if you are interested in helping us out with this need.
NICOLLET COUNTY FAIR
We plan to have a booth at the Nicollet County Fair this year. At this point we are looking for someone to organize a game for the kids to play. Opportunities for staffing the booth will be made available toward the end of July.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL REGISTRATION OPEN
This year’s VBS is Monumental! July 31 – August 4 @ 5:45pm-7:55pm with a free meal each day @ 5:00pm. We have something for everyone Age 3-Grade 12. It is FREE to attend and we need for all ages to register now. More information and registration info can be found on the church website. PLEASE REGISTER NOW so we can plan accordingly!
TREATS FOR OUTDOOR SERVICE Let Tracy know if you would like to provide the treat for after one of the upcoming outdoor services.
SR HIGH YOUTH BONFIRE The Struckman’s are hosting a Bonfire for the Sr. High Youth Group on Wednesday, July 20th (please note date change) from 6:30-9:30pm. Smores and hotdogs will be provided. Text or call Hannah if you have any questions. 651-399-4775 40971 County Rd 15, St. Peter.
